I have had a Netherland dwarf rabbit for 8 years and he is still going strong. He exercises in his room but has never been taken outside.
In those 8 years he has been sick twice that I can remember, the first time with a stomach ache and the second time with tears.
But now he is all better. He eats grass every day.The fur on his body is also beautiful.I check his behavior daily to make sure he is healthy.
In general, the lifespan of the Netherland dwarf rabbit is usually 7 to 12 years. It depends on genetic factors and the environment in which they are raised, as well as proper nutrition, regular medical checkups, appropriate exercise, and stress reduction.
It is important to raise them lovingly and carefully and to check their health regularly.
