If you accept the responsibility of pet ownership and live with your pet lovingly every day, it will be fine. Provide a spacious cage or hutch for your rabbit to live in. The enclosure should be large enough for the rabbit to stretch out fully, stand up on its hind legs, and hop around comfortably.
I've had my rabbits for about 8 years.I work during the day and am at the office so I am never home and generally leave my home at 7:30 AM and return home around 7:30 PM. I sometimes play with the rabbits when I get home.
But the rabbits mostly sleep during the day and they are quiet and don't bark like dogs.I only have to take care of the rabbits twice a day, morning and night, feeding them, changing their water, cleaning their toilet and cage, etc.
However, sometimes the regular grooming is essential for rabbits to prevent matting and hairballs. Brush your rabbit's fur gently with a soft-bristled brush to remove loose hair and debris.
Also, rabbits need plenty of exercise to stay healthy and happy. Provide opportunities for your rabbit to hop around and explore outside of their enclosure in a rabbit-proofed area.
Rabbit-proof your home to prevent accidents and injuries. Remove or secure any electrical cords, toxic plants, small objects, or other hazards that your rabbit could chew on or ingest.
When I go on an overnight trip, I leave my rabbits at an animal hotel.
Hope you have a happy life with your pets!
