Rabbit smell in the house

In the case of my pet rabbit, Cinnamon, his poop has never smelled. However, urine stinks. But if it's just one rabbit, the smell isn't that bad.

I went to a pet store with lots of rabbits and the smell of rabbit urine was terrible. If you have had the same experience I have, you may be concerned about the smell. But if it's just one rabbit, the smell is fine.

Most of the time, you won't notice any strong odor coming from a healthy rabbit. Rabbits produce waste that can have an odor if not cleaned regularly.

Keeping the rabbit's living area clean and maintaining good litter box hygiene can help minimize any odor from urine and feces.

A rabbit's diet can also influence its scent. Certain foods may lead to stronger-smelling urine or feces.

In some cases, a strong or unusual odor from a rabbit may indicate an underlying health problem, such as dental issues, urinary tract infections, or digestive problems.
