The doctor told me it was a nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Nasolacrimal duct obstruction is a disease in which the nasolacrimal duct, the tear passageway connecting the eye and nose, becomes blocked.

He was given eye drops at the hospital and used the eye drops for a while and recovered.
